Shipping & Returns
You will automatically receive an email acknowledgement after you place your order. This acknowledgement will advise you that we have received your order and it is in line for processing. When the order has been assigned a shipping method and tracking information, we will send you a new acknowledgement that includes this information.
To keep our prices low and our shipping free to our customers we sell our chairs only in the 48 contiguous states within the United States. Should your location be outside of our shipping area simply contact us and we will determine the freight figure for you to your destination.
Your order will ship within 24 hours of receiving it, excluding weekends and holidays; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We ship all smaller orders UPS so you can expect your chair in 5 days or less.
Items or quantities that are too large to ship UPS or FedEx must ship common carrier. They will be wrapped onto a pallet and delivered to you by a freight line. A dock is recommended for receipt of the product. You must be present to receive these shipments and have the necessary manpower and equipment to handle receipt of your shipment. You will be notified of the shipping method and tracking procedure when your order is acknowledged.
Small orders will ship UPS or FedEx and will be brought inside your building if needed. If you are not present when your order is delivered, it is typically left for you.
Damage in Transit
Should your carton or cartons arrive in a damaged condition notify us immediately. Include your name, address, and order number and we will contact you regarding procedures.
You may return your chair within 30 days of purchase. Notify us of your name and order number and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number with instructions. You will be ask to re-pack the chair in the original shipping carton and ship the chair back to the address we send you. Restocking fees and freight charges will apply.
BestValueChairs.com offers a Lifetime Warranty against defects in product and workmanship. Neither misuse of the product nor normal wear and tear is covered by the warranty. Light weight chairs are built for light weight people and heavy duty chairs are built for heavier people. The warranty does not apply to larger people sitting in lighter chairs. The standard size chair mechanism, base, and frame are tested by an independent industry testing facility for use by up to a 200 lb person 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. The big and tall chairs are tested for use by up to a 350 lb person, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. The warranty does not apply to 24 hour shifts.
Simply email us your name, date of order, and order number along with a description of the part that has failed and a picture. We will either send you a new part or replace the entire chair.
